Which North Dallas suburb is best for a young family?

We really want to relocate from our home in Reno, Nevada to a north Dallas suburb. We've done our research and cannot decide if we want to live in Allen, Frisco, or McKinney. We have a one year old and a six year old, so we need to be in a town that has lots of opportunities for fun family things to do. Which of the three towns has pretty landscaping, great schools, friendly people, and of course, geared towards family? Any advice to help persuade us would be very helpful. Thank you!
