My ex wont get me a copy of the?

counter motion he filed against me? we go to court next week and i asked him if he knew he had to legally make sure i got a copy and he said he was not sending it to me and if i wanted to know what it said i had to go buy a copy for 25.00 at the courthouse..we are both not using lawyers this time around.doing this on my own trying to raise child support..but i made sure he got a copy of what i am doing..any thoughts? i live in nevada by the way
