Good gaming CPU for under $200?

I was just wondering what CPU would be best for gaming within my budget of $200? I'm a pretty gamer, but I simply cant get enough money to get a great PC, or upgrade this one to the highest quality. I would just switch to console gaming, but I can't afford all of the games a console requires vs. PC games that I can just continue to get mods or DLC for when I'm done, such as Oblivion, and Fallout 3, or better yet download completely free.I also love playing MMO's such as WoW and GW, so console gaming just isn't an option.So what CPU would be within my price range and at the very least decent for gaming, and possibly video/picture editing?
