What should I feed my 2 or 2 1/2 year old hamster?

Oh, my gosh. My hamster's wobbling, itching, sleeping, and not eating a LOT!!! I know it's because he's old, and I'm sobbing in tears these days. But what should I feed him? He doesn't have that much teeth left, or at least Dad said so. I have to go on a flight tomorrow. I've been feeding him broccoli stems. Oh, PLEASE tell me what to feed him!!! Carrots TOTALLY won't work, I know.
