Could I run WoW on this?

truthfully you might be able to play it! your connenction seems slow, but if you have another look you will see why - the LATENCY is extremely slow between the server and your computer! usually this is around 10ms or at most less than 50 but in your case it is a HUGE 870! what this means is that the route established between your comp and the server is taking many turns and so the connection is not efficient. if you tried measuring your bandwidth with a more efficient server or something closer to your location you would see that you would get much better results! for that reason i am sure warcraft will run pretty well with your connection!
