Mavs season over?

Since the J Kidd trade at some point the mavs were 0-11 against .500 teams. Just too little too late to find out he doesnt fit on the mavs system or should i say, with the players he plays with, Mavs dont have a Vince Carter like he did in NJ to throw an alley oop. The mavs were good with Devis Harris (at least he would score), with Devin, mavs beat Spurs, Phoenix, Utah, Rockets, Lakers, and New Orleans (in Dallas) not to mention the blow up against the Pistons. With Kidd, they lose to them all, except the win against Utah at the last second if it wasnt for the 3 pointer by Dirk. what the mavs needed was a low post player, it was the only missing piece. Now, this team is just trash, and I wouldn't be surprise if Dirk asks for a trade. Now, Mavs should know better they have to get someone better than Dirk, otherwise, next season would be just as dissapointing as this one was. Mavs fans, just want an opinion of who stays and who is a keeper and why , oh an Avery...Bye bye
