I don't know what happen to me?

Hi,I 'm on clomid 2 cycles already .this month ,on cycle day 13(16/5/09) i went to see my doc and he said i got 1 follicle 17.5 mm right side.in (18/5 /09)i did OPK test (faint positive) and (19/5/09)i did again really positive .yesterday night i have lower abdominal discomfort (cramp).
