Car wobbles.........?

ok so my car just recently started to wobble and im not rly that good with cars and i didnt know if it just needed balanced and aligned..it is out of line a little bit but would that cause the whole car to wobble? it does it so much that when u are driving at certain speeds that u cant rly tell what the car is behind you if u look in the mirror..oh by the way its a '98 sebring convertible..and i hit like a big hole one day to..
