How do I make a guy jellous?

So I dated this guy. And I for sure do NOT like him at all anymore. But he's been really ticking me and alot of others off because he's been being really jerky and annoying like breaking peoples stuff and getting them in trouble and getting in fights with them. And I wanna make him jellous to pay him back for being such a jerk and d*ck head.
