I am 14 years old and I want to get into Fashion design when im older?

Well it starts out here; My 2nd cousin is Lauren Conrad and she is amazing she really has inspired me when she showed me her designs, and I am extremly into clothing and I love designer brands, although I am not gay, I am totally straight. What kind of college shall I take for this future career, and I live in Washington state so any help would be amazing!
