Unbiased explanation of "Obamacare"?

I have my own admittedly unrefined opinion of "Obamacare", but the more I try to learn by reading about the healthcare bill online, the more I realize that anyone who expresses their opinion online is incredibly biased. Can someone please offer moderate, unbiased explanation as to exactly what the healthcare bill is all about, as well as its pros and cons. Thanks
