My body is so weird....its multi colored?

ok so i play soccer and as we all know its getting hot so i decided to wear a spaghetti shirt and behold i got tanned like noticebly alot...and my prom dress goes bellow my and its really pale.... what should i do? tan? would it make my dark parts darker...help
