Had a Pelvic Ultrasound done. Can someone tell me what this means?

There are bilateral ovarian follicles and a left ovarian density of approx. 1.5cm that is nearly the isoechoic to ovary that is probably a hemorrhagic follicle. There is no free fluid in the cul-de-sac.
